Changeover day
Rentals normaly run from Saturday to Saturday,but off peak rentals may be flexible.The apartment is booked from 4 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning, however we endeavour to be flexible on this.

The condominium is on the first-line to the sea with a direct access to 2 beaches and the sea.
Coast/Beach
Superb amenities of Puerto Portals are its 3 beaches. Two are situated direct in front of the complex which offers direct access. The third beach is within approx. 5 minutes walking distanca and is protected by a small island just off shore, the turquoise waters offering safe swimming in its shallow waters. It is truly the ideal family beach. This wide fine sand beach, the sea tropical in appearance, is overlooked by an exquisite ancient church perched on the cliff above.

There is a sea sport school and scuba diving direct next to the complex and a local sports centre about 2 minutes walk away with many courts and a well equipped gym with private training if required.
Travel
Palma airport is 15-20 mins drive, by taxi the cost is approx 30 Euros. Given the array of local amenities a car is not necessary, however for those who want to explore the island, car hire is available in Portals Nous Village. There are good taxi and bus services readily available.
Distances
The Historic City of Palma is 10 minutes drive away approx 20 Euros by taxi. Here you will find the World Famous Cathedral along with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Puerto Portals Marina, on the south coast of Mallorca and just west of Palma is regarded Mallorca's most fashionable marina where dining activity takes pride of place over expensive pleasure craft. Gleaming white and spotlessly clean, the yachts fill every available mooring and create a floating armada between diners and the Mediterranean. The marina area is certainly a social place and in addition to the popular restaurants the marina enjoys a number of crowd pulling events. It is the venue for sporting classics including several major yachting regattas, vintage car reunions, exhibitions, humorous raft races and the Three Kings Festival and Carnival Parade at the beginning of the year. Thanks to the local commerce and organisations, the marina area stages a number of activities for both the visitors and local residents from the surrounding area. Puerto Portals has its institutions, the most famous being Wellies, a restaurant open 16 hours a day beginning with breakfast from 09.00 to late night dining until 3.00 am. Wellies occupies the zenith of locations, here you can watch and be seen. The second most famous is the Michelin starred restaurant Tristan, again don't go there to hide away and this is a smart environment. As well known as Tristan is Flanigan, less formal and the port's most popular. The Cappuccino is a busy, favourite and pleasantly elegant café meeting point. In addition to the considerable range of eating establishments including inexpensive pizza bars, there are fashion boutiques, boat hire operators, yacht brokers, a sailing school, banks, a boat repair yard and the harbour master's office. Within easy walking distance from the harbour side is the water world of Marinaland and its enthusiastically supported dolphin shows. Overlooking the moorings and the Bay of Palmanova are several apartment buildings and above the marina is the village of Portals Nous.
