Changeover day is Friday, although special arrangements for alternate dates may be possible to match flight dates.

Accessibility
Property is all on one level (except for roof terrace), but driveway is sloped and streets around Addaia, although paved, are typical for a harbour area, ie. hilly.

Private pool, 2m at deepest, approx 12 metres in length. Extensive terrace/patio area which is not overlooked and which is equipped with sun loungers, dining table and exterior lighting. A bar with stools allows for relaxation. Pool cleaning service once each week. Additional roof terrace with panoramic sea view.

2 minutes walk to harbour and marina. 5 minutes drive to safe bathing, golden sands beach of Arenal. 3 minutes drive to small beach at Na Macaret.

Diving courses available locally. Boat trips available locally to visit beaches that cannot be reached by road.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 minutes drive away. Flights from London Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Bradford, Birmingham, Liverpool and other regional airports. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
2 minutes walk to village centre with shops and restaurants. 20 minute drive to capital, Mahon. Gourmet seafood restaurants at Fornells, 15 minutes drive. 30 minutes to old town of Cuitadella.
