The apartment has a beautiful terrace for outdoor dining with a view of the pool and dining table for 4 people. There is a communal pool within the development.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches are safe, secure and sandy. Portals beach is away from roads, has toilet and shower facilities and is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
If you wish to venture further afield, Illetes with its stunning beach club, Palma Nova which is ideal for families and Cala Falco for those who wish to escape the maddening crowds are all within 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Royal Golf Bendinat, Andratx, Son Vida, Santa Ponsa and a total of 19 golf courses to choose from on the island. All golf booking receive 10% discount and reserve tee offs.
Travel
Palma airport is 25 minutes from the apartment via the main motorway or the Paseo Maritimo which takes you along the coastal road past the cathedral and marinas.
Distances
The stunning city of Palma which has the cathedral, a number of museums and fantastic shopping is 20 minutes drive away.
Portals Nous which has a supermarket, banks etc is 5 minutes walk.

Booking is confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit and the balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
