Outside
The large south facing terrace and garden leads onto the communal garden and one of four outside pools. The terrace has a dining table, seating for 6, a teak bench and side table and teak sun loungers. The heated indoor pool is situated underneath the sun terrace and is heated all year round.
The private underground parking has direct access via lift/stairs which makes the apartment ideal for wheelchair access.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is conveniently located close to several beautiful beaches including Port Adriano which is only 10 minutes walk. A 5 minute drive takes you to the larger beach of Santa Ponsa surrounded by bars and restaurants and a fifteen minute drive through pine forests takes you to the secluded beach of Portal Vells with its own beach restaurant.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within a 15 minute drive. At Santa Ponsa there are full club house facilities including restaurant, bar and driving range.
Travel
Palma international airport is 25 min drive away and buses and taxis are inexpensive and reliable, however, car hire is recommended to enjoy the sites of the island.
Distances
Palma with its beautiful cathedral, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is within a 15 minute drive, Puerto Portals with its lovely marina and restaurants is within 10 minutes and the beautiful mountain villages of Deia and Valledemossa are within an hours drive. Palma Nova and Magalluf with family attractions such as Crazy Golf, Marineland and water parks and Pirate Adventure are within a 10 minute drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the balance which is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A security deposit of £200 will also be required which is fully refundable upon return of the keys and providing no damage has been done.
