Changeover day
Arrival day, access the apartment after 3pm. Departure day, please leave the apartment before 10am. During the high season, the changeover day is on Saturdays. However, please consult with the owner if you have different arrival and/or departure day.

Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided. It is changed during week-end if you stay more than one week. An ironing board and iron are available in the apartment. |

Accessibility
Property ideal for people with mobility problems as there are only 3 steps to reach the apartment.
Outside
The back patio, orientated South-east, is approximately 75 sq.m large with a private Jacuzzi. Teak dining table and 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy outdoors meals. This dining area is protected during hottest hours by electric awnings. There are two sunbeds and two 'Fat boys' poufs to sunbath. You will love them!
Coast/Beach
From the apartment, all amenities are at hand and you will find a good variety of restaurants and bars, shops of any kind at only 5 minutes walk distance, or less! The Marina is only 2 minutes away and you will reach the famous Pine Walk in 10-15 minutes walk. The first beach is just next to the Marina so only 2 minutes away from the apartment. The ferry which goes several times a day to Formentor Bay is also very close.
Golf
Pollensa golf course is only at 10 minutes drive from the apartment. There is also another golf course 'Au Canada' situated in a fantastic setting 20 minutes drive away. It is situated right next to the sea and benefit from stunning views.
Travel
The airport in Mallorca is situated in Palma. It is at a distance of 60 kilometres, so it will take you about 45 minutes drive to reach Puerto de Pollensa. The apartment is situated in the heart of the resort, very close to all amenities so you don't really need a car during your stay, unless you plan to explore the rest of the island.
Distances
Pollensa town: 7 miles away. Formentor Bay: By ferry, bus or car: 30 minutes.
Further details
Puerto de Pollensa is a fantastic, safe and quiet holiday resort where there are many activities possible: trekking, cycling, bird watching, any kind of water sports, etc. Ideal for family holidays and chill out. It is also interesting to go to the local market on Wednesday mornings. There is a small supermarket just round the corner for your daily shopping and several larger ones in the resort. Large range of restaurants of all kinds.. From the typical Majorcan food to international cuisine. You will find great recommendations of THE places to go, in the apartment.
