The apartment is also 5 minutes walk to the sandy and safe Portals Beach or the village and all the amenities of Portals Nous. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Direct lift access from street level. Portals Nous is home of the rich and famous with designer boutiques and top class restaurants and the village of Portals Nous has all the amenities you should require. Palma is 15 minutes by car and airport is only 20 minutes. There are also a number of golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Real Golf Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, Son Vida and Andratx.

Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room has fantastic views a satellite TV. The open plan lounge has one large sofa with two single seater chairs. The dining area has two sofas.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning and once a week linen and towel change are included in the pricing. Additional cleaning can be requested for a charge of 15 euro per hour.

Accessibility
The property has access from street level with two or three steps to a lift which will take you to the apartment.
The access to the port is down a steep hill and not be not be suitable for people with mobility problems unless were driven up the hill.

Beautiful terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing.
There is a communal pool within the development.

Coast/Beach
The local beaches are safe, secure and sandy. Portals beach is away from roads, has toilet and shower facilities and is five minutes walk from the apartment.
If you wish to venture further afield, Illetes with its stunning beach club, Palma Nova which is ideal for families and Cala Falco for those who wish to escape the maddening crowds are all within 15 minutes drive.

Golf
There are a number of golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Royal Golf Bendinat, Andratx, Son Vida, Santa Ponsa and a total of 19 golf courses to choose from on the island. All golf booking receive 10% discount and reserve tee offs.

Travel
Palma airport is 25 minutes from the apartment via the main motorway or the Paseo Maritimo which takes you along the coastal road past the cathedral and marinas.

Distances
The stunning city of Palma which has the cathedral, a number of museums and fantastic shopping is 20 minutes drive away.
Portals Nous which has a supermarket, banks etc is 5 minutes walk.

Booking is confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit and the balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
