The complex has a small, very well maintained garden area with a shared swimming pool and a children's pool.
Coast/Beach
Bendinat beach 2 minutes walk, small secluded beach perfect for young children. Portals beach 5 minute walk, larger beach with fantastic swimming conditions.
Golf
2 minute drive to the beautiful royal Bendinat golf course which is regarded as one of the best courses on the island. There are also 7 other fantastic courses within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Palma De Mallorca (Sant Juan) Airport. 15 minutes away, A hire car is recommended.
Distances
As Mallorca is a small island, most places of interest can be reached by car within 30/40 minutes. Palma city center is 10 minutes, Puerto Portals 5 minutes and the exceptional villages of Deia and Valdemossa are a 20 minute drive.
Further details
Shopping, supermarkets, banks and many restaurants are all located in Portals Nous which is 2 minutes by car. There are many other international restaurants in Puerto portals (5 minutes) and many others located close by.

A security deposit of 100 euros is required. 30% of the full payment should be received 6 weeks prior to arrival with the other 70% at least 1 week before arrival.
