It is decorated to a high standard and all furnishings are tasteful and stylish. There are many attractions nearby including the casino, 2 waterparks, marineland, pirates adventure, go-karting, tennis and riding. Golfers are catered for with the nearest course being 5 mins away at Poniente, also Santa Ponsa 1 and 2 only ten minutes away as well as Royal Golf Bendinat.

Bath towels, pool towels and linen is included and changed after each complete week. Daily or extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is very child friendly with a fence surrounding the pool area. Cots, high chairs etc. can be arranged by us please ask for prices.

Outside
The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and has a large sunbathing terrace around the saltwater pool. The pool can be fenced off if youngsters wish to play outside but not allowed near the pool.
Coast/Beach
The villa is minutes away from the nearest beaches in Portals Vells and Cala Cap Falco. Also 5 minutes by car the beaches of Cala Vinyes, Magalluf and Palma Nova can be found. There is also a naturist beach, El Mago within walking distance.
Golf
There are various golf courses in the SW of Mallorca. The closest one is Poniente just a 5 minute drive away. Others close by include Santa Ponsa I and II, Real Golf Bendinat, Son Vida all within 15 minutes of the villa. If you wish for more information or need to book tee times etc. please ask.
Travel
The villa is 20 minutes by car from Palma airport. A car is recommended for shopping and if you wish to visit all the different attractions that are nearby, for example, Marineland, Aqualand and Western Water park, Pirates Adventure show, Go-karting which are all within 10 minutes by car.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 1500 euros is required and will be returned within 14 days of departure ensuring all towels etc are accounted for and there is no damage to the property.
