El Puerto 2 is a new development built by Taylor Woodrow and furnished to a very high standard (with full hot and cold air con).The apartment is situated on the first phase of the development which is finished and the final phase is due to complete Summer 2009. No building work is allowed during the holiday season. A 5 minute walk takes you to the marina with an abundance of good restaurants and bars overlooking views of the marina. The town is within a 7 minute walk again with many restaurants, bars, designer shops, banks and convenience stores. The apartment is on a secure complex with an electric gated entrance. A communal pool is situated at the bottom of the apartments private south facing garden. Meet and greet service is available to help you settle into your surroundings. We also offer airport transfer (Palma approx 40 mins), welcome food pack, cot and high chair hire at additional cost.

Booking notes
25% deposit required with booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival booking date. A refundable £250 keys/breakages deposit is also required with the final payment.
Cancellations: 4 to 8 weeks before booking arrival date 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within 4 weeks of the arrival date.
