The villa is set in a pretty stone walled village called Trebaluger at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is private, safe and secure. Trebaluger, is only 10 minutes away from the beautiful harbour front of Mahon, the islands capital and has an excellent supermarket. The town of San Luis is 5 minutes away by car where banks, restaurants and shops are to be found as well as a butcher, a chemist and the local post office. The established garden has a lawned area and a full length pool with steps leading into it. There is plenty of garden furniture including sun lounges and a swing. For evening dining, the garden has full lighting and a gas BBQ. The villa has a maid service for 2 hours every week and pool maintenance every week during the summer and every two weeks during the winter. Casa Jardi has 3 recently refurbished bathrooms and hosts bedding and linen which is maintained to the highest standard. The villa is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Notes on accommodation
Due to the nature and build position of Casa Jardi, air-con is not required throughout, however, in each room there is a room fan and in the master bedroom there is an air-con unit which also operates as heating as well as cooling. The villa is perfect for children as the pool is completely fenced and the garden is accessible from the lounge area. The Sky TV also has Ceebies.

Accessibility
The ground floor double bedroom is accessible for wheelchair use along with the bathroom and the pool has steps down and a holding bar.
Outside
The pool is private and sits within the grounds of the villa. There is a gas BBQ, sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The best beaches are 10 minutes away by car along the coast there is Binibeca, beautiful sandy beach and waters, Punta Prima, Alcafar, S'algar, Es Grau.
Travel
Mahon airport is less than 10 minutes away as is Mahon harbour with it's beautiful port and a large selection of very impressive boats. Car hire is essential.

50% of the payment is required as deposit and the final payment due 28 days prior to arrival.
