It is situated in the popular resort of Coves Noves, near Arenal den Castell, which offers a beautiful white sandy beach, at 15 mins walk. You can enjoy a lovely sea view while having breakfast in the early morning sunshine or sunbathing in the garden area, or even better from the large first floor terrace. A tennis club with bar and restaurant is 2 mins walk with free use of the tennis courts and of the large shared pool. Local amenities are 10 mins walk and offer supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a children's play area.

No steps to front door and no steps to garden. Wide interior stairway to first floor.
Outside
Covered terrace with dining table/chairs, lawned garden with 4 sun beds and small table, side patio with BBQ. Easy parking if you rent a car.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach resort of Arenal d'en Castell is at 15 min. walk, it offers pedalos to hire, bars and restaurants. Son Parc beach 5/10 mins. drive. The popular resort of Son Bou with the largest sandy beach of the island (4 km approx.) is a 20 minute drive away.
Golf
6 miles away from the fabulous golf course at Son Parc (18 holes): an attractive and challenging course, surrounded by beautiful countryside with far reaching sea views. Green fee packages are offered and instruction is available. All the staff speak English and during the summer months reservations are advised.
Special interest holidays
Free tennis courts at Tennis Club, 2 min. walk. 5 star PADI scuba diving facilities in Addaya (Ulmo Diving), at 2 min. drive: the school is well equipped for both beginners and the experienced diver, offering many specialised courses and wide ranging dive sites in the immediate locality. Windsurfing and sailing school and boat rentals in Fornells.
Travel
Mahón Airport 25 minutes drive. Airport services: taxis and car hire. Car hire is not essential, but recommended to take full advantage of this wonderful island. Car hire is also available at Coves Noves commercial area.
Distances
Capital Mahón 20 minutes drive. Ciutadella, the second main town of the island, at 40/45 minutes. Son Parc 10/15 minutes. Fornells and Monte Toro, the highest point of the island with wonderful panoramic views, 15 minutes. Son Bou 20 minutes.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required when booking. A security deposit of £175 is required and full payment of booking is required 6 weeks before holiday date. Security deposit is returnable within 7 working days of departure subject to no loss or damage.
