Changeover day
On changeover days we ask that you are packed and leave the villa by 10am, whilst incoming guests should arrive no earlier than 2.00pm.

Notes on accommodation
Great place for families and children, the accommodation is geared for outside living, either around the pool or in the garden.
There is marble flooring throughout, which is hygienic and easy-clean. Furnishings are simple and practical, just what's needed on holiday
Accessibility
The villa has both steps and a driveway to the entrance. The bedrooms and living area are accessed by 4/5 steps. The pool is accessed by a further 4 steps from the living area.
Outside
Private swimming pool, with terrace and sun loungers. There is a raised covered Terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool and the garden area that is kept rustic for kids to kick about on. There is a Built-in barbecue area with storage, sink and preparation area. The main entrance is through a secluded garden with lemon trees and palms. Secure garage. The garden overlooks the sea and is grassed.
Coast/Beach
50 yards in front of the villa and you're at the sea, its dramatically rocky here, so great for snorkelling. There is a small sandy cove 10 minutes away in Son Ganxo village, which is great for swimming and rock diving. In the other direction is the main beach at Punta Prima (a 15 minute walk) which is well patrolled and supervised and has plenty of shops and restaurant.

Son Parc (18-hole).
Travel
Mahon airport is approx. 20 minutes drive (a car is recommended).
Distances
Local shops are a couple of minutes drive, the local hypermarket at San Lluis is about 10 minutes, which is the nearest main town. Walking to Punta Prima takes about 20 minutes, and 5 mins into Son Ganxo.
Further details
Son Ganxo village is home to a well known tapas restaurant, great for kids as it has its own swimming pool! There are also numerous other bars/eateries in the area, all just a leisurely stroll along the coast.
The villa overlooks an island that recently featured in Attenbrough's 'Life in Cold Blood' documentary (about the Balearic Black Lizard)
Booking notes
After a family of 6 people there is an extra charge of £60 for each additional person to cover extra cleaning, laundry. 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with the remainder, plus a £400 refundable housekeeping deposit payable before your arrival.
