Accessibility
The villa has both steps and a driveway to the entrance. The bedrooms and living area are accessed by 4/5 steps. The pool is accessed by a further 4 steps from the living area.

The main entrance is through a secluded garden with lemon trees and palms.
The front garden overlooks the sea and is grassed.
Coast/Beach
Hop over the front wall (or walk down the side access) and you're at the sea. It's dramatically rocky here, great for snorkelling. There is a small sandy cove 10 minutes away in Son Ganxo village, which is great for swimming and rock diving.
In the other direction is the main beach at Punta Prima (a 15 minute walk) which is well patrolled and supervised and has plenty of shops and restaurant.

Travel
Mahon airport is approx. 20 minutes drive (a car is recommended).
Distances
Local shops are a couple of minutes drive, the local hypermarket at San Lluis is about 10 minutes, which is the nearest main town.
Further details
Son Ganxo village is home to a well known tapas restaurant, great for kids as it has its own swimming pool! There are also numerous other bars/eateries in the area, all just a leisurely stroll along the coast.
The villa overlooks an island that recently featured in Attenbrough's 'Life in Cold Blood' documentary (about the Balearic Black Lizard)
