This apartment combines a blend of modern and traditional accommodation on 2 floors with the bedroom on a galleried mezzanine level. If you are looking for something off the beaten track, something easily combined with any of the many activities Mallorca has to offer, the Vivaldi apartment is the ideal choice! The apartment sleeps two persons and is ideal for those wanting a more quiet and authentic Mallorca experience. Sa Pobla is a typical Mallorquin town on the island's North East corner. It is well communicated with the rest of the island (Palma, airport, beaches) as it has easy access to the main motorway. The town itself is quiet and will let you experience the Mallorquin way of life, something that resorts like Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and others cannot offer in the same way.

Accessibility
No suitable for wheelchair users - this property is on two levels with several flights of stairs. It is also not suitable for children.
Outside
The landing in the middle leads out to the pretty terrace where you can have breakfast or perhaps use the barbeque during a warm summer evening. The terrace is shared with the house next doors (where the owners live), but they will not use it while there are guests in the Vivaldi unless otherwise agreed.
Coast/Beach
Mallorca has some of the best beaches in the world. Only 10 mins drive from the apartment you will find the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, totalling about 15km's of golden sand. There are numerous other small coves and beaches where you can find peace and quiet and relax.
Golf
The island of Mallorca has about 20 golf courses, all of which are of championship quality. There are two within 10 mins of the Vivaldi, a nine hole yet very tricky course at Pollensa and the stunning 18 hole links course of Aucanada. We will be more than happy to assist with booking T times at any of the courses.
Travel
Palma's airport, Son San Juan, is located approx 20 mins drive away. It is highly recommended that you hire a car during your stay at the Vivaldi.
Distances
The apartment is situated in the village and is therefore only 2 mins walk to the main square with its numerous cafes and bars, banks, post office etc.
Further details
There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and sporting amenities available on our doorstep. Tennis, padel, swimming are all 5 mins walk away. All other day to day amenities such as banks and supermarkets are a 2 minute stroll away. As are the cafes and bars of the main town square.
Booking notes
Please book by email. 25% payment by bank transfer at time of booking. Outstanding balance in cash on arrival. A one off cleaning fee of 40 euros will be charged and a 200 euro refundable deposit is due, in cash, on arrival. The minimum stay is 3 nights with the exception of 31 Dec and 01 Jan which is 1 week. Check in is after 3pm and check out before 11am.
