This fantastic 3 bedroom apartment is furnished to a high specification. The lounge has a large LCD TV and DVD player and an extremely comfortable leather couch seating up to 6. It also has glass sliding doors leading to a large terrace. The terrace has an outdoor lounge seating area, dining for 6 people and sun-loungers. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite, both with power showers. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. They include a ceramic hob cooker, oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full dining service and cutlery. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed and the third room contains 2 singles. All bedrooms have plenty of storage as well as a flat screen television. Guests are supplied with clean bed linen and fresh towels. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is an intercom entry system. The apartments are set in a lovely 'Miami' style garden complete with pool surrounded by hard wood decking.

Living Rooms: The lounge is furnished in a modern, contemporary style. There is an LCD TV, cinema library and DVD player (that also plays CDs).
Other: The lounge opens onto the balcony which has the dining table seating 6 people and 2 sun beds.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive and is cleaned again on your departure. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided.

Cots, high-chairs and barbecue can be provided on request.
Paddling pool for children is attached to the main pool.

The apartment is superbly placed for all the amenities of Ibiza town itself as well as being ideally located for the exploration of the whole island.

Booking notes
To reserve an apartment a deposit of 50% is required. This can either be paid in full or you can pay 20% straight away with the remaining 30% at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damage/security deposit of €500 or the sterling equivalent is also required.
