Changeover day
In high season the changeover day is Saturday and you must vacate at 11am and availability is from 3pm.

Outside
Private and secure beautiful tropical landscaped garden with swimming pool and separate childrens area. Two entrances provide easy access to the either the port or the main village.
Coast/Beach
The beach is at the end of the marina so less than a few hundred yards. The beach is a long sandy well kept example with its own island to swim to. Access is easy with no steps or hills to negotiate.
Golf
Royal Bendinat is a 5 minute drive away and both Poniente or Santa Ponsa are 10 minutes.
Travel
Palma airport is 20 minutes away and the main town of Palma with its cathedral a 10 minute cab ride.
Local attractions and amenities are the Marine life park with sealions and dolphins with daily shows and the tennis club with sports centre.
There is an excellent air conditioned regular bus service that passes on the coast ride and can take you in the direction of both Palma town and Andraitx and with so much to do in the area of the port there is little need for a car.
Booking notes
A non refundable 25% deposit required to secure booking. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to vacation. A breakage deposit of 25% will be required at the time of full payment and will be returned within 14 days provided there are no breakages or damage.
