Outside
This apartment enjoys not only the glitzy nightlife and boutiques of Puerto Portals marina but also three white, sandy beaches within easy walking distance. There is a communal pool, manicured gardens with direct access to the beach. All amenities within walking distance. Yacht, motorboat and jet-ski hire is available from the marina.
Coast/Beach
A safe beach can be found 2 mins walk from the apartment.
Golf
Royal Bendinat golf course is a 3 minute drive away and there are a further 10 golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma Airport 20 minutes drive. Palma ferry port 10 minutes drive.
Car hire is not essential (as you have direct access to the port and to the village with all shops, restaurants, banks...etc) but the island has so much to offer it is a shame not to see it.
Distances
Marineland for children is a superb day out, 10 minutes walk.
Pirates Adventure Show, is a must for the whole family, the Go-cart track and two Water Parks are all only 10 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total cost must be paid to confirm the booking. Balance due 6 weeks before start of rental. Full payment required for bookings made within 8 weeks of rental dates. Refundable damage deposit of 20% payable with balance.
