Guests will enjoy the exclusive use of the villa's swimming pool partially shaded by two splendid palm trees. Sunbathing is facilitated by the two terrace areas adjoining the pool. Off road parking is available for one vehicle. Easy access to coastal footpaths.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but may be flexible for early or late season bookings. The villa may be accessed after 14.00 on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Swimming pool safety must be adhered to. Villa not suitable for very young children or children that cannot swim.
Outside
8m x 3.75m private pool. Two sun terraces with ample patio furniture ie table and chairs and sun loungers. Roof terrace with views of countryside and sea. Barbecue. Off road private parking.
Coast/Beach
Cala'n Porter village with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets is 10 mins stroll away. The sheltered bay is accessed by steps or by road. There is a tourist 'train' to transport you at regular intervals to all parts of Cala'n Porter.
Travel
Mahon airport is a fifteen minute drive away. To appreciate Menorca and to visit its beautiful beaches, car hire is recommended. There are rental companies in Cala'n Porter. There is a bus service to Mahon from where you can travel by bus to all areas of the island.
Distances
Menorca is 47 kilometres from one side to the other and has a coast line totalling 216 kilometres, therefore it is easy to visit every corner of this beautiful island. Mahon, the largest natural port in the Balearics is a twenty minute drive away.
Further details
Cash machines are located in Cala'n Porter centre. A taxi rank is available outside the Sa Paissa restaurant. In the high season live music is provided in the bars and restaurants. There is a jazz club every Tuesday evening in San Clemente just a 10 minute drive away.
Booking notes
At the time of booking a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total villa rental is payable. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date.
