The villa is furnished in a high quality contemporary style and has Air conditioning. The living room is nicely furnished with Spanish TV and English free to view Satellite channels, DVD and music systems. To the front of the villa there is a terrace with built-in BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers from which to enjoy the lovely sea views. All guests enjoy the use of the large swimming pool, communal to 8 villas. The main resort Cala en Bosch marina/beaches are a 15-20 minute walk from the villa. There
you can also find the Aqua Park, go-carting track and kiddies
playground. From the marina you can take full and half day boat trips round the island offering wonderful views and swimming and diving from the boat. This is an ideal location for a family holiday with plenty to do for all ages.

Notes on accommodation
The complex is suitable for children. All accommodation is at one level and the pool has a children's shallow end.
Accessibility
It is possible to access with a wheelchair as accommodation is all on one level and only one step up into the villa. It must be stressed that the villa has not been adapted for wheelchairs.
Outside
The villa has a patio area with dining table and chairs also a roof terrace, communal gardens and swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also a built-in BBQ to the front of the villa where one can enjoy the lovely sea views from chairs and sun loungers along with your barbecue.
Coast/Beach
There are many interesting beaches around the island the nearest is Cala en Bosch where you can enjoy clear waters and sandy beach or take part in the water sports on offer.
Golf
Approx 40 minutes by car is the Club de Golf Son Parc where you can hire clubs, trolleys and buggies. The course was designed by Dave Thomas and is the nearest of all the Balearic Island Golf Clubs to the sea. Surrounded by natural beauty such as pine trees and peacocks. The course is situated roughly central near the north coast.
Special interest holidays
Menorca is rich in pre historical sites (Taulas, Taliots, Navetas) spread across the island. It is a UNESCO protected place and also has many designated Wild Life Parks. The Water park and Karting in Cala en Bosch and on the main road a few kilometers out of Ciutadella is there to be enjoyed. Typically Spanish and international restaurants in and around Ciutadella and in Ciutadella harbour. Note that Ciutadella is the most important place in Menorcan past history being the old capital.
Travel
Mahon airport is just over 40kms away. Ciutadella harbour is only 10kms away. Cala en Bosch is a 15-20 minute walk where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants, chemist, doctors, shops etc can be found. The local bus service is a good way to get around, cheap frequent and reliable therefore, it is not essential to have car hire, but it is recommended.
Distances
The nearest town of Ciutadella is only 10kms away where you can find the beautiful cathedral (the only one on the island). Mahon, the capital, is approx 50kms away and there is a regular bus service from Ciutadella to Mahon.
Further details
Right next to the complex you can find car hire offices, supermarkets and restaurants and water park. In Cala en Bosch you can also find the Aqua Park and Karting as well as lots of other children's facilities such as mini train, bouncy castles, trampolines, mini golf, ball pools etc. From the marina one can get many different boat trips.

About the owner
Cana Sally is our family holiday Villa. It is where we first came to have our holidays with our children and grandchildren. After we had retired, it is where we lived for the whole year in front of the sea's edge, with the shiluete of Majorca on the horizon. Every evening the sun sets in unique and spectacular ways, or the wonderful colours of the cloudy sky when the sun is hidden. Peace and quiet, but a short walk from restaurants, water parks and beaches. the island is much more than small or large beaches, many of them only reachable by boat. Out of season there are wonderful walks, wild flowers, orchids and rare birds not to mention magic ancient cave dwellings and Talolithic villages. Photographers and Artists delight.
