Notes on prices
All prices are in £ and per week with a max. of 6 person sharing. Length of your stay is flexible.
At the time of booking 50% of the total rent is due to secure your booking. The balance is due on arrival. A security deposit of £400 is due at time of arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure.
Check in Time is normally after 3pm and check out before 11am. However, we try to accommodate your wishes depending on the booking situation. Long term renters welcome between Nov-March

Outside
The complex offers a community pool. The wonderful beach of Cala Vinyes is accessible directly through the complex and offers also a childrens playground. Ideal location for families.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Cala Vinyes Beach is accessible directly through the complex and is a 1 min. walk. Cap Falco Beach is a 10 minute walk and Magaluf is approx. 20 minutes walking distance or 1 minute by car. Mallorca has a lot s walking distance or 1 minute by car. Mallorca has a lot of beautiful beaches to offer.
Golf
An ideal location for golfers. Golf Poniente is a 2 min. drive and Santa Ponsa Golf & Country Club, with three excellent golf courses, is only 5 minutes away. Royal Golf Bendinat is a 10 min. drive. There are many more within a 15 min drive radius from Andtrax to Palma.
Travel
Palma airport is approx. 25 minutes by car. Car Hire is not essential but recommended. The island has so much to offer - it is nice to have the ability to explore the island by car. Car hire is cheap. But there are also taxis and buses at very reasonable prices.
Distances
There are shops and supermarkets and a few restaurants within walking distance. Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, Palmanova and Portals Nous are a 5 minute drive. Approx. 15 min drive to Palma.
