This villa enjoys sunshine from early morning to late evening, it has an open garden with shady areas and a big pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. While barbecuing or while relaxing in the sun you can enjoy some tunes from the outdoor speakers. There is a large terrace with a table perfect for warm summer evening meals and a daybed to chill out on. On entering the villa you come into an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. A very social orientated house however with many spacious areas to seek private moments. This is an ideal place for 2 families or groups of friends who want to holiday in a tranquil environment.

Changeover days are preferably Saturdays.
Changeover day
Saturdays and Wednesdays are our changeover days. Arrival time will be at the latest 16:00 as villa must be cleaned after prior guests. Departure time 11:00.

Coast/Beach
Closest famous beach, Benirras beach, is 10 mins drive. A little further up north you can explore the little beaches and rocky coves. It takes 20 mins to drive to the southern beach of Salinas.
Travel
20 mins drive from airport. From the villa there is a nice country lane walk to Santa Gertrudis which takes 15 mins. There you can get all your essentials. Taxis are available by phone. However if you want to explore this beautiful island a car makes it all much easier.
Booking notes
50% deposit must be paid to secure booking. The balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. On arrival I would like a deposit of 1000 euros as security, this will be returned on the day of departure after inspection.
