The apartment is conveniently situated for the beach, local resort of Son Bou all within a 5 minute walk.

Changeover day
All days are considered but Friday is the most popular arrival/departure day. Holiday makers are expected to vacate the apartment on their last day at 10am. Arrival 2pm. It might be possible for earlier/later arrival/departure for an extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
Sorry no pets. The apartment has a lockable wrought iron gate for security and safety for children. Cots and baby equipment can be hired through us at extra cost.
Our management team is contactable by phone 24 hours a day - with the local office in Alaior.
Accessibility
This property is located on the first floor therefore is not suitable for wheel chair users or for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
As the property is south facing a sun canopy is provided for your comfort in the beautiful Menorcan sunshine. The patio has a lockable gate with fitted cover for your security and privacy. Patio furniture with cushions are also provided.
Our complex,(zone 3) includes pool bar/restaurant, large rectangular swimming pool and childrens paddling pool, sunbeds are free, tennis courts and internet access is available at 'The Garden' reception - a few seconds walk from the apartment.
Coast/Beach
Son Bou is best known for its long sandy beach. San Jaime has grown up around the superb beach which gently shelves into the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. It is perfect for sun bathing, swimming, snorkelling or trying some of the water sports on offer, including pedlo hire and banana boat rides.
Golf
There is one golf course in Son Parc and is approx half an hours drive to the north.

Travel
Son Bou is conveniently located, twenty minute drive or taxi ride from Mahon airport. Taxi's readily available.
Distances
Son Bou is on the south coast of Menorca. About 4 miles from the historic local town of Alaior and only 12 miles from the capital Mahon.
A regular bus service to all major parts of the island runs from the resort.
Further details
Son Bou boasts restaurants to suit all tastes from Chinese to traditional Menorcan fayre. A good selection of supermarkets, gift, clothing and perfume shops and bars. Next to the shopping area is a children’s fair, bowling alley and a night club.
