This well appointed ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has beautiful unspoilt views overlooking the only 18 hole golf course in Menorca, The apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the Golf Club with restaurant and golf shop. Tennis courts are available for hire. The safe and shallow beach is within walking distance as to is the amenities of Son Parc. It is also close to the village of Fornells with its many restaurants and bars which is well worth a visit.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be very flexible by arrangement, The apartment is ready for 2pm and needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure,and unless there is nobody arriving on that day, you will be able to stay at your convenience.

Living Rooms: The Living/Dining room has comfortable chairs, sofa, table and chairs, satellite TV, video, DVD player, and CD music system. French doors lead to a large sized terrace that directly overlooks the golf course and has a brick BBQ area, table and chairs.

The Apartment is cleaned on your arrival and bed linen / towels provided (Not beach towels). For people staying for 2 weeks the linen / towels will be changed after one weeks stay.

Notes on accommodation
Children are very welcome and a highchair and cot can be supplied for small children on request. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a fan also in the living room area.
Air conditioning both hot or cold can be added to the apartment upon request at an additional cost.
Car hire is recommended and the Apartment has its own designated parking space.

Accessibility
Not really suitable for wheelchair access due to a short flight of steps to the property.

Outside
The terrace has a BBQ, table and chairs with an umbrella and sun loungers and flowers. The nearby pool is large and curved in shape and attractive. Parents are reminded to supervise their children around the pool at all times.

Coast/Beach
The beach with its shallow blue waters, restaurant and bar is a 20 minute walk away, or 5 mins by car. The beach is considered by many to be one of the best on the island, It is safe and excellent for children and has a first aid post and life guard.

Golf
The Apartment is front-line and overlooks the 18 hole golf course with the club house a very short walk away which is open to non members. All golf clubs, trolleys and buggies are readily available for hire from the club house along with any other equipment you may like to buy.

Travel
Mahon Airport is 20 minutes away by car and the use of a car is recommended.

Distances
The vast natural harbour of Mahon, which is the capital of Menorca, is 20 km away. It is the most lively place on the island with many shops bars and taverns. There are towns and villages a short 10 to 15min drive away like Port Addaya, Fornells and Mercadel.

Further details
The Apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the Golf club and has a tapas/snack bar you may like to try. Son Parc also has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Fornells, a fishing village, is 15 minute drive away you can enjoy an abundance of very good restaurants and bars or relaxing walks around the harbour and if watersports is your thing, you will not be disappointed.

Alaior is a 10 minute drive away, this medieval town is the third most important town on the Island of Menorca. Founded in the 14th century by Jaume I, it has attractive winding streets and many shops. Famous for producing Menorca's well-known cheese, Queso de Mahón.

Mercadal, also 10 mins by car away sits amongst the hills at the very centre of the island. Another old market town, it's an amiable little place of whitewashed houses and trim allotments whose antique centre straddles a quaint watercourse. From Es Mercadal you can set off on the ascent of Monte Toro, a steep 3.2-kilometre climb along a serpentine road. At 357m, the summit is the island's highest point and offers wonderful vistas: on a good day you can see almost the whole island.

Son Bou on the south side of the island is a 20 minute drive away, popular with tourists. Menorca's longest beach (3 km) and has all sorts of facilities typical of a thriving holiday resort.

The Weather is usually very warm in July and August, and in May, June and September it can be as warm as 29c (85f).

A £100 non-returnable deposit will be required, and the remaining balance will be due in 6 weeks before departure.
