Located in a peaceful setting yet only 2 minutes from the main road and 5 minutes from the town of Arta, this finca provides you with the peace and quiet of a country setting and the convenience of being near to town. The entire setting is Mallorca at its best. Fields of fig trees, citrus gardens and the mountains in the distance. As the house is situated on a high plateau, the views from the terraces and pool area are endless views of idyllic countryside. The garden has an area with grass, a playground area with wooden swing and climbing frame. The house has 2 shaded porches for the warmer times of the day, one sunny terrace plus the pool area and a seating area within the garden. The two rooms downstairs have additional terraces. The pool is very large (7*10 meters) and there is an outdoor kitchen as well as a charcoal grill. The indoor kitchen is very well equipped and there are two large refrigerators. The pool area and terraces all have high quality teak furniture.

Accessibility
Main parts of house are on one level, however access to bedrooms requires using a 3-4 steps.
Outside
The property has a large pool (7·10 meters) with teak terrace and outdoor shower. There is an area with grass to one side of the house with a seating area just beside it with teak chairs, table and sun shade. Beside it is the outdoor kitchen and mobile barbecue. Next to this is a small playground in the shade. The rest of the garden includes a variety of citrus trees, fig trees, different plum trees, palms, flowering trees and more. Farther away from the house, the property has a forest with small caves for older children to discover. The house has terraces on three sides, two which are shaded porches and one which is sunny. Apart from this there is also the pool terrace. The outdoor furniture is all imported teak; several seating areas as well as large tables where everyone can sit together, sun beds and relaxed lounging areas for reading or having a drink.
