Just 20 minutes from Palma airport and situated on the marina with its own entrance to the port, this stunning villa has been designed with luxury in mind. It has a fantastic south facing sunbathing area and infinity pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. The house offers over 300 sq.m. of living area split onto two levels, plus terraces. All 4 bedrooms are sunny and stylish, there is a large lounge with satellite TV, a separate dining area and well equipped kitchen. It is set in a residential/marina neighbourhood but is only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and many restaurants. Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but is flexible in the quieter seasons. Arrival time is 3pm and departure is at 10am for cleaning and preparation for the next clients. Again this can be flexible depending on bookings.

Coast/Beach
This waterfront property is within a few minutes stroll to the smaller pretty beach of Santa Ponsa and approx a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the larger beach and town center.

Golf
There are many golf courses in the south west of Mallorca. Santa Ponsa 1 and 2 and Poniente are the closest to the villa with a 5 and 10 minute drive respectively. Other information can be given regarding golf courses upon request.

Travel
Car hire is recommended but not essential. This can be arranged upon request.

Further details
This is a very high quality villa situated in a quiet residential area on the picturesque marina of Santa Ponsa in southwest Mallorca, approximately halfway between Palma and Andratx. The elegant marina of Puerto Portals and the pretty harbour town of Andratx are each about 10 mins away by car. The house is very secure and private.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit is taken on booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 2000 euros is needed and will be refunded once the villa is checked for any damage or breakages.
