The idyllic village of Estellencs lies on the skirts of the impressive Tramuntana mountain range, west Mallorca. The village and its surrounds are completely unspoilt by over development and tourism. The views from the house and all around the village are quite breathtaking; terraced sun-swept land, wild mountainous forestland and winding village paths leading to a pebbly beach. The shimmering Mediterranean wraps the village in some spectacular views. There are 3 good restaurants, try to catch the sunset over the sea from the Vallehermoso café, also a small shops and a pharmacy. The village is composed of typical Mallorcan stone facades in flower, shuttered windows and largely pedestrian - a Tuscany in the hills. A few details make the house quite special; the water that winds down from the mountains into the brook is heard in every corner of the house, the torch lit garden at dusk is truly romantic, a place for both romantics and family alike.

40km Palma airport.
35km Palma ferry port.
Distances
The house is at the entrance to the village of Estellencs, about 18km to the town of Andratx.
