New build, large 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment, 1st floor (lift access) on small, quiet, residential complex, recently furnished in a modern style. Sea views, communal pool. Large balcony with wonderful views over complex and out to sea. The beautiful beach of Cala Anguila is approx. 7 min walk with 2 others nearby. There are 2 beach restaurants at Cala Anguila and a fabulous restaurant nearby. The 2nd beach, Cala Mendia (approx. 20 min walk) has a choice of restaurants and bars. The old Spanish port of Porto Cristo is 2 miles away (5 mins by car) and has many wonderful restaurants and bars in the summer (quieter over the winter months) many overlooking the harbour and the luxury yachts that moor there. A great location for exploring the east coast coast and central Mallorca. The caves are one of the largest tourist attractions on the island. Also nearby: zoo/safari park, aquarium, tennis, golf, diving centres and watersports.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but can be flexible off peak. Leave apartment at 10am day of departure, ready at 3pm.

Accessibility
Lifts to apartment. Beach is a short walk but there are steps down to it (not steep). You can drive to a nearby beach that has easy access.
Outside
Large private balcony overlooking the gorgeous complex and wonderful sea view beyond. A fabulous pool is framed by beautiful landscaped gardens, naturally shaded with palm trees. Sun loungers are provided for guests.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful, blue flag, sandy beach of Cala Anguila is approx. 7 min walk away. Next door, approx. 15 mins from apartment, is the equally pretty Cala Mendia beach with its numerous restaurants, shops and a luxury hotel. There are also tennis courts and a scuba diving school.
Golf
There are around 20 Golf Courses in Mallorca and they are open year round. Some of the closest are: Cala Millor - Son Severa 9 hole course by the sea. 20 min drive. Canyamel (18 hole par 73, sea views) & Capadepera Golf (18 hole par 72) challenging courses, approx 35min drive Pula Golf (18 hole par 70) near Son Server - Capadepera featured on PGA European tour, on a luxury complex, approx 35 min. Vall D'Or Porto Colom - approx 25 min drive.
Travel
Approx. 50 minute drive from Palma airport and ports - very simple route. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this beautiful island but not essential. Taxi from airport approx 75 Euro (each way) or resorthoppa buses run regularly from £21 rtn or I can sometimes arrange transfers for 50 Euro each way. Great value flights offered by Easyjet, Monarch charter, First Choice and XL amongst others. For those who don't like flying, you can train to Barcelona and take a catamarran from there.

Local shop and fantastic restaurant The Albatros is just a 5 min walk from the apartment. Supermarkets, banks, chemists etc all in Porto Cristo - 2 miles. Perfect location for those who enjoy peace and quiet, unspoilt beaches, walking, cycling, swimming, golfing, tennis or just the sunshine!
Booking notes
Reserve with £100 cheque deposit. Full payment required 4 weeks before travel (by cash, cheque or bank transfer). £100 cheque will not be cashed (unless of late cancellation under 21 days, damage to apartment, loss of keys or willful disregard to community regulations) and will be returned after apartment is vacated and checked.

'Just wanted to say thank you again for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful aparmtent. We had a fantastic time in Mallorca. The welcome from Kevin and Sandra on our arrival and all the 'boutique hotel' touches were really appreciated, as were the tips on things to do in the area. We also found Cala Figuera and Santanyi (which has a good market on a Saturday) and would recommend both for a trip. That said, I could have spent the whole week just sitting on your terrace admiring the view. I think we could become regulars' Susie and Chris, London.
