This is a newly renovated villa, a short walk from the sea. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on the southwest coast of Ibiza. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which easily accommodate groups of up to 10 people and extra children. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a spacious al fresco dining-area and stylish furniture. The pool has a sundeck, day beds and parasols. There is also a roof-terrace. Can Sabinas has been renovated taking child safety into consideration including security gates to the pool and stairs. Private spaces have been put in at the front and back of the house for sunbathing, relaxing and eating. The villa is surrounded by high walls providing privacy in most parts of the house for its guests. The villa is tucked away under a gentle slope of pine trees 8 mins walk to Port des Torrent, Calla Bassa 12 mins walk, Calla Compta 5 mins drive, St Josep 10 mins drive, St Antonio 10 mins drive.

4 of the bedrooms are accessed from the ground-floor. Some of the bathroom doors perhaps too narrow for wheelchairs.

Nearest village is Port des Torrent 3 minutes drive, Es Cuccos supermarket 3 minutes drive, nearest town is St Josep 10 minutes drive, St Antonio 10 minutes drive for clubs, restaurants and bars. (Bar M, Eden, Cafe del Mar). St Raphael is 20 minutes drive (L'Elephant and L'Ayoun). Ibiza town is 25 minutes away.
Further details
There is a superb supermarket with fresh produce and friendly staff, there is a little cafe bar next door. Also great for a morning coffee and croissants.
