However, the owners have succeeded in maintaining the original look and feel of a typical Ibizan finca and guest accommodation is provided in 3 modern appointed boutique, air-conditioned apartments. Choose from the 'Regal Boutique', 'Moroccan Boutique' or 'Buddha Boutique', all sleeping 2 people each. The owners present guests with a surprise welcome pack on arrival to enjoy at their leisure. Behind the white washed walls, enter a true Mediterranean paradise where the magic and tranquillity begins to reveal itself. In the middle of this, beyond the young fruit orchard and aromatic herbal aromas, is a large seductive pool where guests can spend the day on cushioned loungers soaking up the sun or just chill in the open Moroccan houses that surround it. A great place to escape and relax.

All apartments come with air-con and central heating so as to adapt to all times of the year.

Accessibility
Can Balafi is an old property with parts dating back 200 years. For this reason, it has not been possible to adapt for immobile people.
Outside
Can Balafi has beautiful gardens with little tables and benches seductively placed. The young fruit orchard and herbs release aromatic scents that aid relaxation. The pool is approx 15m x 5m and is shared amongst the 3 apartments. Clients can soak up the sun on cushioned sun loungers or relax in the Moroccan style chill out houses that surround it. Set back from the pool, under dappled shade, is a fantastic BBQ area with large country style table and chairs. There is also a beautiful Thai style teak pagoda set amongst the gardens that overlooks the pool. Away from the pool is an outside massage area where you can drift away in total peace.
Coast/Beach
The natural sandy cove of Cala Llonga is a 5 minute drive away as is the sandy beach of Sta. Eularia with its many cafes/bars and luxury marina. Beyond this, Ibiza offers many beautiful and cosy bays with some fabulous local dishes. With a car, these are all a short drive away (from 5 - 40 mins).
Golf
Beautiful 18 hole golf course with 9 hole option at Roca Lisa. This is a 5 minute drive from Finca. Food and drinks available.
Travel
Local airport is Ibiza Airport. By car to Can Balafi is approx 20 - 25 mins.
Distances
Sta. Eularia is the nearest town which is no more than 5 mins. Ibiza 'old' town is a 15 minute drive. The hippy markets of Es Canar and Las Dalias are only a 10 minute drive.

Booking notes
Payment details are 50% deposit (non-refundable) on booking and remaining 50% one month before booking commences. Also, a 250 euro deposit is taken as security for damage. This is returned after checkout.
