The apartment is well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with access to the large terrace. The 2nd bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower over and vanity unit. The large lounge has 2 triple settees, Sky TV and DVD player and opens onto the terrace. The very large kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped.

Bathroom 2 has the same facilities.
Kitchen: Very spacious kitchen incorporates oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar.
Living Rooms: Lounge has air conditioning and is well maintained and furnished with 2 triple settees, Sky TV, DVD player, coffee table, display cabinet and occasional seating. The patio door lead onto the large terrace and gardens with direct access to the beach.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included, although not beach towels. The apartment is cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are changed weekly.

Accessibility
There is ample car parking at the entrance to the building with ramps leading into the foyer. All floors are serviced by lifts providing access and suitability for wheelchair users.

Outside
The gardens within the property are well maintained and very pleasurable. The large terrace, which has a patio table, 4 chairs and sun loungers is ideal for dining and relaxing. The gardens lead directly onto the sandy beach with a children's play area. The beach has sun loungers and umbrellas and is very safe for children. The property also has a community pool.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only a minute's walk away. Umbrellas and sun loungers are provided, payable to attendant and the sandy beach provides safe bathing for all.

Golf
Close to numerous golf courses.

Travel
The nearest airport is Palma International, some 20km away. Car hire, though not essential, would make travelling about easier.

Distances
The complex is situated in a village therefore some amenities and facilities exist. The nearest resorts of Santa Ponsa to the west, 5km away and Magalluf and Palma Nova to the east, 3/4km away, provide a wider range of facilities.

Further details
The village itself boasts restaurants, shops and supermarkets but the resorts of Santa Ponsa, Magalluf and Palma Nova abound with international restaurants, shops, supermarkets and banks whilst the Tourist Information Offices in Magalluf and Santa Ponsa will provide details of places of interest, excursions, etc.
There are numerous leisure activities to be found within the area:- water sports, horse riding, walking, bicycle riding, go karting, marine parks and water parks to name but a few.

Booking notes
Enquiries by email only and a deposit of 25% of the total booking is required to secure. Bookings will be provisionally held for 2 weeks only from date of enquiry, then released. Balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and a returnable Security Deposit of £200 will also be required, with the final payment. When full payment has been received, further details regarding key collection, will be forwarded.
