A beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment located in the Bay of San Antonio on a complex called Residencial Cala D'en Bou, in front of the sea. It is very tastefully furnished and has all of the facilities that you will need to enjoy your stay. Looking out from the apartment there is a sea. The complex is private and residential and does not have any bars or restaurants on site. However just a short walk across the road you will find Kumharasor have a look at the website www.kumharas.org and the sunset bar as well as many restaurants and bars of San Antonio Bay. Long term rentals also available.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small front and back garden and looks out over the sea. The complex has Landscaped gardens and shared heated swimming pool.
There is also a children's splash pool.
All sunbeds and parasols are free of charge.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is on the first line of the sea, although it is a bit rocky. The nearest sandy beach is at Playa Bella which is a 2 minute walk away. There is also a water taxi service to various other beaches and the town of San Antonio.

Travel
Ibiza Airport 10km.
Transport can be arranged from the airport for 60 Euros return.
Distances
It takes about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of San Antonio. It is a lovely walk, you could walk along the beach or walk the main road along all the shops and restaurants.
