Changeover day
From 27 June until 12 September changeover is strictly Saturday & is only available for a minimum of 7 nights during this time. However, we can be more flexible with long weekend breaks, mid-week breaks & longer stays throughout the rest of the year.

Accessibility
There is a long sweeping, graveled driveway which can be lit at night. There are 4 steps up to the large terrace & front door, the ground floor bedroom would be ideal for people with mobility problems.
Outside
This beautiful secluded property also boasts a large covered terrace at ground level for dining al fresco, or just keeping out of the hot sun. The enclosed gardens are beautifully landscaped with large lawns, flowering shrubs, almond, olive and fruit trees, which in turn encompass the large, private swimming pool with Roman steps, which is a generous 10 metres x 5 metres in size, accompanied by the many sun loungers & a built-in barbeque. Outside (and pool) lighting and a well-lit, long sweeping drive leading to a parking and turning area which can easily accommodate three vehicles. A variety of fun and games items to enjoy in the pool and garden.
Coast/Beach
Can Picafort beach is a quick 10 minute drive from the villa. Again, Mallorca is small enough to be able to experience a different beach every day, choose from Pollensa, Alcudia, Es Trenc in the immediate vicinity or take a nice day out to visit any one of the hundreds of Calas, bays & small beaches hidden in coves around the Island.
Golf
There are 22 golf course on Mallorca & on an island which is only 1 1/2 hours drive from top to bottom, you can take your pick! The closest golf courses to this property are: Alcanada in Can Picafort, only a 5 minute drive. Pollensa & Manacor around 15 minute drive & Arta around 20 minutes drive. The maximum drive time to the farthest course away is Golf de Andraitx at around an hour. We can obtain 5% discount on green fees when you book with us & we can arrange your whole itinerary if required, golf equipment, buggies & restaurants or private chef booked before you travel.
Travel
Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK & European airports. The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI). We can arrange Taxi’s, car hire or Airport transfers for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when enquiring. If you do hire a car we will supply you with a map & directions. The trip by car from Palma is straightforward, avoiding the City itself and takes around 45 minutes
Distances
Santa Margalida can be seen from the terraces & Maria de la Salut are 2 minutes drive away, where you can experience the local markets, shops, restaurants, banks & supermarkets.
Booking notes
When you choose this holiday home, you will be asked to leave a reservation deposit of 30% of the total price of your holiday, this is non-refundable in the case of cancellation, and however, you will be able to claim this back on your travel insurance. Also a refundable 30% security deposit against the unlikely event of damage occurring while you are on holiday, this can be in the form of a cheque or valid credit card number & cashed in the unlikely event something is broken or damaged.
