A village house with a terrace, barbecue, 4 chairs/table, BBQ, 2 sun beds and a shade. Close to the village center. 15 mins away from the beach in the Port of Soller.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros, for 2 adults, no extra charge for children. Extra 110 euros per adult per week.
Discounts negotiated for longer lets. No additional cleaning costs. To confirm booking a 50% deposit is required. Complete payment is required eight weeks prior to arrival. Charges made by Banks for payment are renters responsibility.

We just got back home after a really enjoyable week in your wee gem in Fornalutx. The house was great and we had some great times munching and drinking up there!
My wife and sons all agreed that its situation in the heart of the village was just perfect, and very practical. Much as those larger houses with their pool up the hill looked wonderful, I’m not sure I’d fancy forgetting to get something after a trip down to the shop! Anyway, we had a great time, so thanks very much for that. I’m sure we’ll be back. All the best Jack P.S. Please send our regards to your mother who was very helpful to us during our stay.

About the owner
Born in 1963 to a Mallorcan mother and English father, Joseph had a very strict upbringing in London, 'we weren’t allowed to even change the channels on the TV'. There was no going out to play after school so Joseph built 'sets', like the cockpit of a spacecraft in his bedroom. However his time each summer in Fornalutx was the complete opposite. He has over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry working on projects that include The Shawshank Redemption, Dracula, Hook ,The Big Tease and most recently the TV show 24.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Having grown up in the village every summer and with a lot of family in the area, this village is my home.
