Full resort facilities can be found in Santa Ponsa with a range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife.

Master bedroom has super king bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite. Double french doors lead to patio and gardens, directly to pool via low garden gate. Bedroom 2 has 2 singles with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. |

En-suite has large separate shower and bath. Marble throughout. Main bathroom has bath/shower. Both showers have excellent pressure giving great relaxing showering. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, split level cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer all set into fully fitted black marble worktop. Overhead cupboards give plenty of space for longer stays. Marble breakfast bar also included. |
| Living Rooms: |
Large combined dining/sitting room gives great living space. Fully fitted with 3&2 sofa and dining table for 6. Sky TV (limited channel availability, dependent on weather). DVD. Double doors to garden and patio. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Bath and small towels are provided, these are not beach towels. Beach towels are not included. For stays of more than 7 days, a weekly clean and change of laundry is included in the cost. |

Outside
Large secluded garden with direct access to pool area. Seating and dining facilities outside to make the most of the excellent hot days and warm evenings by the pool. The garden is shaded in some parts but is primarily in full sun throughout the day. 2 sun loungers are provided.
Coast/Beach
The magnificent beach of Santa Ponsa is no more than 8 minutes away by foot.
Golf
Santa Ponsa I is directly adjacent to the apartment, although the club house is a drive (or 20 minute walk) away. Santa Ponsa Country Club with full spa and health facilities s also accessible as above. Santa Ponsa II and Poniente are very close by, approx 10 minutes by car.
Travel
Palma airport is 20 minutes by car/taxi.
Distances
Santa Ponsa centre is 10-15 minutes walk. Full resort facilities can be found in Santa Ponsa with a range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to secure booking, full payment of balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. £200 security deposit is payable on arrival, any breakages, losses, damage etc will be deducted from this deposit before it's return.
