Villa Remei - situated in the quiet residential area of Son Remei close to the bustling resort of Punta Prima. Villa Remei has 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two twins accommodating 8/9 people. The villa consists of two bathrooms, the open-plan lounge/dining area has double glazed french doors leading to the covered terrace, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms have air conditioning and are stylishly furnished. The villa boasts a large swimming pool which is surrounded by a large pool terrace and garden area, perfect to unwind in. Relax on the covered terraces for shade and alfresco dining. There is also a fully equipped barbeque area overlooking the pool with sea views. The villa is maintained to the highest standards. From the villa it is a short walk to the golden sandy beach of Punta Prima and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants to choose from all with sea views.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Friday/Saturday.
Arrival into Villa 2pm, departure from villa 10am.

| Other: | As there is direct access to the pool from the villa, some common-sense is needed for non-swimmers. Please read the welcome brochure on your arrival for more information. There is also a safe for your valuables. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, but not beach towels. The villa will be cleaned and all beds freshly made for your arrival and will be cleaned once a week with a complete laundry change at this time. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning units with heating for the winter months when it tends to get cold in the evening. Travel cot and highchair can be provided please request at time of booking. No smoking allowed inside the villa. A welcome pack of essential items will be included at no extra cost.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as access is to the villa is via a gravel path.
Outside
Under the covered terrace there are table and chairs to seat eight people, a barbecue with equipment and around the pool terrace there are sunbeds, parasols and on the decking a table with parasol and four chairs. The pool 9m x 5m is for the exclusive use of the villa and is cleaned twice a week Monday and Thursday. There is also access to a roof top terrace with more sea views very private for alternative sunbathing!
Coast/Beach
The villa is just a 10 minute walk to the bustling resort of Punta Prima with it's glorious sandy beach, the toddlers and children's park's have been great success with visitors. The small cove of Biniancolla is a 15 minute walk the opposite way which is ideal for snorkeling.
Golf
Golf Course at Son Parc 35 minutes by car from the villa.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Mahon (Mao) which is 25 minutes away by car. Mahon Harbour (Ferry Terminal) is 20 minutes drive away. Car Hire is not essential but is recommended to enhance your holiday as there are many beautiful beaches and attractions up and down the island.

Nearest resort is Punta Prima 1/2km away 10 minutes walk.
Nearest Village is Sant Luis 4km away (5-10 minutes drive).
Mahon harbour/town centre 8km away (15-20 minutes drive).
Cuitadella (West of the island) 45km away (1 hour drive).
Further details
10 minutes walk from the villa is the resort of Punta Prima with supermarkets, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Menorca has an abundance of outstanding things to discover there's something for everyone. Mayonaise was first created in Menorca and the cheese known as Queso de Mahon is made here, visit the cheese factory on the Binibeca road. The Xoriguer Distillery distills and sells Menorcan gin and various gin-based liqueurs from it's art nouveau headquarters in the Port at Mahon call in for a tasting. Coastal attractions and best beaches, diving, golf ranges, water parks, zoo, trotting races, basket ball, trekking, and throughout the summer months at least one village has a fiesta which is well worth a visit with parades and dancing horses to the firework display. Night life can be had in the historic capital Mahon along the port with numerous restaurants, bars and clubs overlooking the harbour sit and watch the power boats and yachts come and go or take a trip on the glass bottom boat.
