No wheelchair access.
Outside
Es Barranc has an upper terrace facing the sea with an eating area and BBQ. This leads down several steps to a pool (6m x 3.5m) and sunbathing area. At the back there is another terrace facing the mountains, for a change of scenery.
Sa Caleta is 100m from the coast, 200m from a secluded pebble beach, there is no pool. There is a little patio at the back with view to the mountains, eating area and BBQ. In the front of the house there is a large garden area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a few minutes walking from Sa Caleta and 5 minutes driving from Es Barranc. Within a short drive there is an extensive choice of beautiful and unspoiled beaches.
Golf
There is 3 golf courses: Capdepera, Canyamel and Pula, all approx 15-20km away.
Travel
Palma airport is 79km away, 1 hour drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Colonia de San Pedro, little fishing village: 2km.
Arta, typical Mallorquine inland town: approx 10km.
Can Picafort, large bustling holiday resort: approx 13km.
Further details
Colonia de San Pedro has all the usual amenities: bank, pharmacies, weekly market, supermarket, bars, restaurant etc. You would find anything else you might need in the nearby towns of Arta or Can Picafort.
