This cottage on Mallorca, with 160m2, was constructed at the beginning of the twentieth century as a farm building for the land which surrounds it. The cottage has undergone various extensions over the years, as required by changes in the way the land is worked. The oldest part is constructed from stone and earth, which were taken from the land that it serves. The rest of the building has been constructed with marès - a type of sandstone that is easy to work and found in abundance on Mallorca. The property, in which the cottage is located covers 46,168m2 and continues to function agriculturally, combining an almond grove with a small flock of sheep and a summer vegetable garden, which provides fresh vegetables to the guests. It is located in a quiet spot near the town of Porto Cristo and the beaches of Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and S´Estany d´en Mas.

Prices are for the property per day in euros.
Changeover day
We are flexible with the changeover day. The hour of arrival is after 5pm, and the hour of departure before 10am, thereby allowing us to ensure that our cleaning service have time to prepare the house for the next guests.

| Bedrooms: |
The main bedroom is on the ground floor and it has a double bed. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over two metres from the floor. |
| Bathrooms: |
There are two bathrooms. The first, which is on the ground floor, is accessed from the dining room and is next to the main bedroom. The other one is upstairs, next to the two upstairs bedrooms. Both have windows at the rear of the building. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen is next to the dining room on the ground floor. It contains the following items: crockery sets for 12 people, dishwasher, cooking rings with a ceramic glass plate, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee pot and kettle. |
| Utility Room: |
The laundry room is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the inside or exterior of the cottage, it has a washing machine and an iron. We provide washing materials. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room is a large room with four windows that offer views over the countryside to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is upstairs and is reached directly from the staircase, which leads up from the dining room. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The house is cleaned once a week. This is also when towels, sheets and kitchen cloths are changed. Also, You will be provided with the necessary washing powders and detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher. |

Outside
The swimming pool is located at the front of the cottage. It is surrounded by large sunny patios and is an ideal place to relax with no sounds except for those of Mother Nature for company. This is transformed into a celestial vault at nightfall and is perfect for observing the star-filled sky. The swimming pool of this cottage on Mallorca covers a surface area of 32 m2, and has a depth, which ranges from 0.90 m to 1.80 m.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Cala Anguila and Cala Mandia at about 3.5 kilometres. A little bit further there are the beach of Porto Cristo, S'Estany Den Mas known as well as Cala Romantica and the unspoilt Cala Varques beach, just accessible walking or by boat.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Val d'Or, at about 12 kilometres from Punta de Vistalegre, between Porto Colom and Cala d'Or. At a similar distance towards the north, there are the Pula golf course and the Son Servera Golf Club.
Travel
To spend your holidays in Punta de Vistalegre a car is essential. Although it is not faraway from the nearest resorts, it is located in the countryside.
