Notes on prices
Prices marked with an asterisks (*) are for a party of up to four people, please add £50 per extra person per week. A £200 refundable damage will be held.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. The villa is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the villa by 10am on the day of your departure.

All linen and bathroom towels are provided. We do ask that you bring your own poolside/beach towels. The villa will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. For stays of longer than one week the linen/towels will be changed again for the following week. |

Coast/Beach
Binibeca beach is only about 3 minutes walk from the villa. There are half a dozen restaurants within about a 15 minutes walk, also shops, and the diving school.
Travel
The villa is about 15 minutes drive from the airport or the Ferry Port at Mahon.
