The villa is air-conditioned and has under floor heating for year round rentals. Located in a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa close to the marina which has several good quality bars and restaurants. The town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa are about 15 minutes walk away. The villa has been recently modernised, it is light and airy and has traditional terracotta floor tiling throughout.

Changeover days are flexible. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am unless agreed before hand.

Linen and towels are included (except beach towels). Linen and towels are changed and a 'refresh' clean carried out on a weekly basis for stays exceeding 10 days. |

Travel
Palma airport is about 35 kilometers away and can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. While not essential, a hire car is recommended.

Bars, restaurants and shops can all be reached within 10 minutes walk.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 (450 euros) against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
