Located in a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa close to the marina which has several good quality bars and restaurants. The town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa are about 15 minutes walk away. The villa has been recently modernised, it is light and airy and has traditional terracotta floor tiling throughout.

Coast/Beach
Santa Ponsa's 'little' beach is 10 minutes walk away. The town centre and main beach are about 20 minutes walk away.
Golf
Santa Ponsa is the nearest golf course, about 5 minutes by car. There are many more courses all within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma airport is about 35 kilometers away and can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. While not essential, a hire car is recommended.
Further details
Bars, restaurants and shops can all be reached within 10 minutes walk.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 (450 euros) against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
