This individually designed older style villa is on two floors. From the lounge, patio doors lead to sunny and shaded terraces and a small private garden with swimming pool. Outdoor tables and seating allow you to dine alfresco and there are sun loungers to relax on. The first floor terrace affords partial sea views, refreshing sea breezes and sun loungers.

Notes on prices
Up to 25% discount can be given for last minute bookings. Additional discounts will be given for bookings of two weeks duration and over, and as usual for our returning guests.
Changeover day
Normally Saturday but we are flexible wherever possible. The villa is usually available from 2.30pm on your day of arrival. Departure is 10.00 am on your last day, but again, wherever possible we will be flexible

Bed linen and kitchen towels only are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Maid service is provided before and after your stay and on weekly basis for stays of 2 weeks or more. |

Notes on accommodation
Small children must not be allowed unaccompanied on the external stairs, roof area on first floor or the first floor bedroom owing to low level walls on roof area.
Accessibility
Owing to the design of the villa and its grounds it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The first floor roof terrace with access to the third bedroom is surrounded by low-level walls affording partial sea views and therefore is not suitable for very young children unless accompanied by an adult. Sunny patio areas with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. Roof terrace with partial sea views, refreshing sea breezes and sun loungers. Gardens with palm trees, bougainvillea and cacti. We also have two semi resident cats who enjoy company but are not allowed into the villa.
Coast/Beach
Cala Egos, has two safe sandy beaches 8 - 10 minutes walk away. There are a number of other beautiful beaches and coves just a few minutes drive away.
Golf
Golf is available at the Val D’Or 18 hole golf course about 15 minutes by car away.
Special interest holidays
The resort of Cala D’Or with its beautiful sandy coves, chic shops and many restaurants and bars is 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 50 mins by car. Once at the villa car hire is not essential as there is a good local bus and taxi service.
The local taxi rank is set in front of the local shops a few minutes level walk away, the current day time charge within the locality is about 6 euros, per taxi, which will take you as far as Cala D’or centre.
However, there are so many lovely sites to see on the island car hire would be an advantage.
Distances
Palma, the beautiful capital City is about an hour's drive away. Cala D'Or with its chic shops and numerous restaurants is a 10 min drive/45 mins walk. San Salvadore - an old monastery set in a tranquil mountainous setting with spectacular views of Mallorca and over the Mediterranean is less than an hours drive away.
Further details
There is an extremely well-stocked supermarket within walking distance of the villa, together with a selection of bars, shops, restaurants and car hire facilities. A little land train which provides a nice breezy ride down to Cala D’or or the beautiful beach and nature reserve of Cala Mondrago. The marina is a spectacular place to visit and people-watch whilst enjoying a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants on the waters edge. Within walking distance of the villa is the tennis club, open to non-members offering tennis, swimming pool and restaurant with sea views.
Booking notes
Rental prices per week include electricity and maid service before and after your stay. A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week is required within 5 days to confirm your booking. The balance of rental is required 6 weeks before departure. A refundable £300 damage deposit is required with the balance, which will be refunded on return of the keys. Keys must be returned to the owner on your return, by first class post. Discount of up to 20% for bookings confirmed before end of August 2011.
