There is underground parking for your car with the lift that takes you almost to your front door. The block is very safe and secure, especially for children. Each apartment is South facing and enjoys lots of sunlight. The floors are a lovely laminated parquet throughout and give a great sense of space. The main bedroom is the largest and looks straight out onto the water and the immense bay. The 2 bathrooms are modern and beautifully done. The well equipped open kitchen is very practical and has views through the patio doors and out into the bay. There is also a dining area, a lounge and a terrace all looking straight onto the sea. The terrace also has a table and chairs for eating outside. The building has been done using only the best materials, and is extremely pleasant from the outside and from within. Everything is new and the latest on the market, from the stylish furniture down to the kitchen utensils! There is air conditioning in ALL rooms so that you can be sure of maximum comfort during your stay. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second 2 singles and the third a single.

Notes on accommodation
ALL bedrooms and lounge have their own individual A/C to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The block has been made to a very high specification and is excellent for children. It is very safe and secure. Some apartments are also populated by some of the islands more respected locals and it should be noted that noise must be kept to a level that does not disturb other residents, especially after midnight.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access is good. The apartments have lifts and are on the second of 3 floors.
Outside
Lovely gardens, area for children, and a great pool shared by only 3 apartments. The pool has fantastic sea views. Just in front of the block is a fantastic sea promenade of which you will never tire of taking walks, especially in the mornings after breakfast, or in the evening at sunset time. In front of the small block is a sunbathing platform with steps into the crystal waters of Mediterranean. There is good snorkelling right in front of the apartment. This is a truly peaceful and relaxing spot and you are unlikely to beat it anywhere else on the island. Given that it is walking distance to everywhere it really is in the best of both worlds.
Coast/Beach
5 metres to the sea! 1 min to excellent beaches like Cala Gracio and Calo d'es Moro. Also close by are a variety of other wonderful beaches such as Cala Salada and Cala Gracioneta. This is a fantastic location for families as well as groups of friends. Further inland is the beautiful local village of Santa Agnes, famous for its delightful church, orange and almond groves. There is a beautiful sea promenade all the way along the coast.
Golf
Excellent local golf course only 15 minutes away. Also close by are the tennis courts, football pitches and so on.
Travel
15 mins to Ibiza Airport. 5 mins to the Ferry port. Road access is excellent and it's not necessary to pass through the town of San Antonio.
Distances
There are plenty of fun ativities close by. The nearest town is within walking distance, the apartments are sufficiently secluded to ensure total peace! There are loads of shops, bars, restaurants and even clubs if you want them, all within a short walk!
