Situated only 15 minutes drive south west of Palma and set on a headland between Cala Falco and Portals Vells, our beautiful townhouse offers something for all the family. It stands in a lovely well maintained complex, with a large swimming pool. There is a superb restaurant on the complex and many more in the surrounding areas. It is a short walk to a number of coves and beaches. An ideal base for sailing from Puerto Portals, Andratx and Port Adriano. Nearby there are many attractions including the casino, waterparks, Marineland, Pirates Adventure, go-karting, tennis and horse riding. Golf holidays are catered for at the local championship course at Santa Ponsa, Bendinat and numerous other courses. The dramatic mountain scenery and countryside are within easy reach for walkers. A regular bus route runs frequently to each resort including the capital, Palma. The bus stop is located 200m from the house.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A supplement of £30 per person per week will be charged for a fifth or sixth guest to cover the extra costs of cleaning and laundry. Discount for rentals of more than 2 weeks and for returning clients.

Changeover day
During peak season (June - September) changeover preferably Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 5 pm and departure by 11 am to allow for cleaning.

Living Rooms: Large living room, with 2 large sofas (1 a sofa bed), satellite TV, DVD, Playstation. Open fireplace. Dining area with pine table and chairs. Sliding doors lead on to a large terrace with table and chairs for outside dining and views over the pool.
Other: Large roof terrace with excellent brick built BBQ, table and chairs, sofa etc. Travel cot available if required. Docking station for i pod.

All linen and towels (other than beach/pool towels) are supplied. Linen changed and cleaning carried out during a stay of two weeks or more.

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking property.

Outside
Private parking space, large shared pool with sun beds. There is an excellent restaurant and lovely cafe/bar.

Coast/Beach
Within a 10 minute walk to a number of small coves, including Portals Vells. 5 minutes by car/bus to Palmanova beach, where various watersports are available.

Golf
There are several golf courses within a short distance. Poniente being the closest, then Santa Ponsa Championship and Bendinat approximately 10 minutes by car.

Travel
20 mins transfer time by car from Palma Airport and 15 mins from Palma Port. Although there is a regular bus service and taxis are normally readily available car hire is strongly recommended in order to fully explore this wonderful island. There is a first class restaurant and a friendly bar/cafe but there are no shops within walking distance.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure together with a fully refundable deposit of £200 for any damages or extra cleaning required upon vacating the property.
