Changeover day
We prefer changeover day on Saturdays. Arrival time 4.00 pm. Guests need to vacate the villa at 10.00 am in order to allow time for the cleaning service before the next guests arrive.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach to the house is 5 minutes drive, the ultra cool Benirras. The camino is very easy and you can also make it by walking. It is 4km.
Golf
The golf course is a 25 min drive away and is situated between St. Eulalia and Jesus. It is a very well kept private club. The course is tough and long, but there are many buggies if you need them. The course never gets busy so is always a joy to play.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 15 minutes drive from the house. Car hire is needed.
Distances
12km to Ibiza Town.
7km to St Gertrudis.
1km to San Miguel.
4km to Benirras beach.
Further details
Every day has a wonderful sunset at Benirras beach, and on Sundays there is a reunion of all the hippies at the sunset with full dance and music of bongos. It is best to walk as by car it is too busy.
Booking notes
Security deposit = 500 euros. Booking will be confirmed once 50% of the total amount (rental fee plus deposit) has been paid and the balance is payable one month before arrival. The security deposit will be returned once the villa has been cleaned.
