Just over the salt flats you will find Cap d'es Falco a little known beach bar which, from early in the season, you can enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the sea. It is also a great place for cycling and keeping fit, as well as the numerous water sports. There are no close neighbours and if all you want to do is get away from it all then you are coming to the right place!

Notes on accommodation
This is a secluded spot, and mains water does not reach here, therefore it is brought in by truck and deposited in the tank. One tank of water per week (10.000litres) is included in the price and is usually adequate for the whole week. Any extra water if required should be paid for on delivery (ave cost €80-100 per 10.000 litre truck). NB Unlike mains water, this water is pure and safe for drinking!

Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the old cobbled lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the winding streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; or browse through the many and varied market stalls and designer shops.
Booking notes
This is a very popular Villa and demand is high. 30% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The remainder is payable 2 months before you arrive. If you 1500 euros breakage, security deposit is payable - which will be returned in full on departure subject to no damages - sorry no credit cards.
