Incredibly peaceful and beautiful spot. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoys sun all day. Excellent beach bars and restaurants. 2 Master suites with bathrooms. Private entrance with lots of parking. Large rustic garden. Large main lounge with fireplace, bar with drinks fridge, sofas, TV. Music system plays inside and outside. Kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated. Umbrellas and sun loungers around the pool. 10mins to Ibiza Town, 5 mins to the Airport. Natural park contains the salt producing flats dating back to the Phoenicians, as well as 1000's varieties of wildlife, inc flamingos! Just over the salt flats you will find Cap d'es Falco a little known beach bar which, from early in the season, you can enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the sea. It is also a great place for cycling and keeping fit, as well as the numerous water sports. There are no close neighbours and if all you want to do is get away from it all then you are coming to the right place!

Arrival/Departure Day is Saturday.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms with extra large double beds. 3 remaining bedrooms are twins. Sofas can sleep 3 more.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms recently renovated and very comfortable to use.
Kitchen: Recently renovated and has all mod cons.
Utility Room: Washing machine in kitchen.
Living Rooms: Large high ceiling lounge, with TV, DVD, Bar, granite dining table and large sofas.

Notes on accommodation
This is a secluded spot, and mains water does not reach here, therefore it is brought in by truck and deposited in the tank. One tank of water per week (10.000litres) is included in the price and is usually adequate for the whole week. Any extra water if required should be paid for on delivery (ave cost €80-100 per 10.000 litre truck). NB Unlike mains water, this water is pure and safe for drinking!

Less than 30m to one of the islands most beautiful beaches. 5 mins walk brings you onto the famous Salinas beach. There are fantastic award-winning restaurants right on the beach which cover everything from a delicious Mediterranean lunch to a more stylish formal dinner.

Travel
Airport only 5 mins driving.

Distances
Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the old cobbled lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the winding streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; or browse through the many and varied market stalls and designer shops.

Booking notes
This is a very popular Villa and demand is high. 30% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The remainder is payable 2 months before you arrive. If you 1500 euros breakage, security deposit is payable - which will be returned in full on departure subject to no damages - sorry no credit cards.
