Everything is large in this country house, the lounge, kitchen, and dining room with piano, the palm trees in the garden, the 4 bedrooms on the first floor with bathrooms, and extra studio on the roof terrace. The house is South facing and has lots of sun! It is only minutes to Ibiza Town, the Paseo Maritimo, the Ports and Marinas, Salinas, Playa d'en Bossa, the airport, as well as all clubs and bars. There is private access with lots of parking and the house is alarmed. It truly is an excellent central location and easy to get just about everywhere on the island! The closest beach, only a short walk, is a lovely large beach. A beautiful expanse of sand and crystal waters, it is also filled with beach bars, restaurants and beach shops. Also a very short walk is the large Promenade which comes alive in the evenings with bars, shops, restaurants and market stalls.

Ibiza airport only 5mins driving! Also 5mins to the Marinas and the Ferry Port.
Distances
There is a large boulevard that is a short walk from the house that is full of life owing to its numerous bars, shops and restaurants. The sea front is also only a short walk away and again has everything you could ever wish for!
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is payable to secure your booking. The rest is to be paid 2 months before your intended stay.
A breakages/security deposit is payable - 1000 euros which will be returned in full on departure day subject to no damages to the Villa or its contents. NB we do not currently take credit cards.
