Changeover day
Saturday's preferred but flexible. Available from 2pm. Vacate by 10am on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has double glazed windows throughtout with the addition of fly screens to all bedroom/bathroom wimdows, air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom with room fans in the other bedrooms. Cot and highchair can be provided on request. Please note we do not accept bookings from same sex groups.

Large private pool and enclosed garden. Patio table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers for 6. Covered built in barbecue. Roof terrace. Parking available within grounds.
Coast/Beach
Rocky coastline just a short walk away. Sandy beaches just 10 minutes walk away.
Golf
Golf is available in Son Parc, which is approximately 30 mins drive.
Travel
Mahon Airport is approximately 45kms (40 mins) drive by car. Nearest ferry port, Ciutadella 15 mins drive. Car hire is recommended to view the Island but not essential.
Distances
Cuitadella is a only a 10 minute drive away. The local buses run every 20 mins and the stop is within easy walking distance from the villa.
Further details
Within 4 - 5 mins walk from the villa there are several supermarkets, restuarants, bars, water park and go-kart track. The marina in Cala'n Bosch offers boat-trips, scuba diving courses, bars, restuarants and evening enterainment. A mini-train travels around the resort for a lift back.

However when I booked it I saw some pictures of the villa which were wrong – they were nothing like it at all – in fact the villa was far far better than the pictures – perhaps the website is wrong?? It needs changing as the pictures displayed undersell your villa
