Notes on prices
Prices for the apartment are per week in euros. Contact owner for long term rental at a discounted monthly rate (more than two months). During high season, one week minimum stay preferred or to be negotiated. Private parking place on request depending on availability at a price of 15 euros per night.
Changeover day
The changeover day for rental is usually Saturday, although we can be flexible around date, depending upon other bookings. The apartment will be fully cleaned and new linen/towels provided every Saturday.

Accessibility
You can reach the apartment directly via elevator from the garage without any step. Suitable for wheel chair use.

The plot is very suitable for children, with interior gardens, shared swimming pool, and two paddle courses. 24 hours security. Terrace overlooking public gardens.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walking to Palma main beach. Three minutes walking to bicycle path along water front. Cafes and restaurant areas are at the same distance. 15 minutes walking to Palma cathedral and shops areas along water front. Large fitness center at 200 meters from the flat.
Travel
The airport is only five minutes drive. The harbour is as well only five minutes drive where there are ferries to the other Balearic Islands as well as mainland France and Spain. Access to the motorway network is only three minutes drive. Recommended to rent a car to visit the island. You can reach Palma city center in 15 minutes walking along water front. Bus stop at 2 minutes walking from the flat, lines 15, 17 and 23 goes to the airport.
Distances
The island is completely full of small bays with crystalline blue water that you may reach in very short time. The farthest one, Puerto Pollensa can be reach in 45 minutes driving.

Booking notes
On booking we ask for a 20% deposit towards the final balance. The final payment is due 8 weeks before departure. If you need to cancel after this date we refund a proportion of the total payment depending upon the amount of notice:4-8 weeks before arrival 50% refund. 2-4 weeks before arrival 25% refund. Less than 2 weeks, no refund. We ask for a £500 security deposit which is returned at the end of your stay after the check out is completed by our local agents. Internet bank transfers preferred
