The pool has a very large terrace with elegant sun beds & umbrellas. Located in a magical elevated area with woodland & birds in abundance & on the route of some beautiful Ibiza walks. It affords breath taking views across the countryside & towards the landmark Cap Negret & the sea. Yet within minutes you can be on the beach, or shopping, or having lunch with your feet in the sand! Cala Vadella, Cala Conta, Cala Salada are close by. If you like to be seen then try Cala Jondal or Salinas. where you might just spot someone famous! The hamlet of Sant Augustin is just 2 minutes by car and Sant Josep 5 minutes. Chill or visit the island from this perfect base!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Out of peak season the changeover day is flexible i.e October to May. This property will be available to purchase from October 2008. Also our other villa B167 with B1114 in its grounds, also available to purchase from October. Please enquire via email in the first instance for further information.
Changeover day
Friday is changeover day between June and October and rentals are weekly. We can be flexible for the remainder of the year. Arrival is after 3.00pm and departure by 10.00am.

Accessibility
The house has two of the bedrooms on the same level as the living area so it is suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Outside
The private pool is large with a new expansive sun terrace with lush green plants and a central palm tree. It features state of the art Dedon style sunbeds, outdoor Italian Limestone dining table and chairs. A covered chill out area with high quality cushioned Dedon Style 'L' shape sofa. There is a separate BBQ area within a white walled terraced garden with further attractively tiled white tables and seating featuring cool white camouflage netting and high quality attractive bench seat cushions. The White House is located in a quiet road on a hillside will five or six other houses. However the houses are positioned so that you are not overlooked. Most neighbours are international and also rent their villas. We ask however that our guests are respectful of this magical area and are aware of noise and music levels when outside and in the evening. This does not mean of course that you cannot have fun!
Coast/Beach
Many beautiful beaches are just 10 minutes or less by car. Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Salada are all close by with Salinas and Cala Jondal about 15 minutes by car. Sant Antoni Marina and yacht club is 5 minutes by car. All beaches mentioned have one or more good restaurants and sunbeds etc are available for hire. Some also offer on the beach massage for those who wish to be pampered whilst tanning! Also many of the beaches offer water sports for all ages and levels of ability.
Travel
Ibiza Airport is only 15 minutes drive. The marina and yacht club in Sant Antoni is only 5-0 minutes drive and the cosmopolitan town of Ibiza approximately 15 minutes.
Distances
The hamlet of Sant Augustin is just 2 minutes by car and has a lovely Church, superb restaurant and finca style bar. Just down the hill is a newsagents and high quality wine and amenities shop. Also a coffee shop/bar. Sant Josep is just 5 minutes up the road and offers all of the local amenities you could need, including several lovely restaurants, a bakers, juice bar, boutiques and high quality boutique style shops. There is also a doctor and dentist plus banks and the post office.
Booking notes
Bookings are weekly and we require 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a refundable sterling security deposit of £1000. Also if the dates you require are booked check our other villas B167, B1202, B1114, B1192
