This superb, first floor, 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for a get away holiday. The large patio/terrace area is ideal to wind away the evenings or to enjoy breakfast in the early morning sunshine overlooking the free form swimming pool that is ideal for all ages. This air-conditioned apartment is tastefully furnished throughout. Puerto de Addaya is a small, quiet resort and home to many Menorcans. Just a short walk from the village centre that is home to a few bars, restaurants and well stocked supermarket. For the more active visitors there is also a marine store and PADI 5 stars dive centre. The pretty port area provides a safe haven for sailing boats and yachts that are moored around the harbour - a perfect place to watch the world go by from the quaint bar area in the harbour side. The area is well known for its outstanding views and beaches, attracting visitors who enjoy the countryside and the rugged beauty of the north coast.

Outside
The outside area is laid as a very spacious patio with a large free form swimming pool with separate children's splash pool area.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach resort of Arenal d'en Castell is only a 5 minutes drive away. Son Parc beach 5/10 minutes drive. The resort of Son Bou with the largest sandy beach of the island (4 km aprox.) is a 20 minutes drive away. The lovely coastal path walk around the port of Addaya is just a 10 minute stroll away.
Golf
5 miles away from the fabulous golf course at Son Parc (18 holes): an attractive and challenging course, surrounded by beautiful countryside with far reaching sea views. Green fee packages are offered and instruction is available. All the staff speak English and during the summer months reservations are advised.
Special interest holidays
5 star PADI scuba diving facilities are provided in the village by Ulmo Diving. The school is well equipped for both beginners and the experienced diver, offering many specialised courses and wide ranging dive sites in the immediate locality. Tennis courts at Coves Noves, 5 minutes drive away. Windsurfing and sailing school and boat rentals at Fornells.
Travel
Mahón Airport 25/30 minutes.
Airport services: taxis and car hire. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of this wonderful island.
Distances
Mahón 20 minutes. Ciutadella 35/40 minutes. Alayor 15 minutes. Son Bou 20 minutes. Fornells 15 minutes.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of £125 is required with booking. A security deposit of £175 is required and full payment of booking is required 6 weeks before holiday date. Security deposit is returnable within 10 days of departure subject to no loss or damage.
