This Townhouse is in the most perfect location - the hill overlooking Talamanca Bay and its beautiful huge beach and crystal waters, which is full of life owing to the numerous bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. From the Marinas you can take the wonderful (and cheap) water taxi to Ibiza Town, far nicer than the car! There is a patio on the ground floor and another on the roof terrace with BBQ. You will never tire of the wonderful views to Ibiza Old Town, Formentera and the sea. Despite the area being more residential, it is known amongst locals as the best spot in Ibiza, and you will be amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is. There is the long promenade from the lighthouse to the Marinas. Within mins you are at the beach, Pacha, El Divino, the Marinas, the Paseo Maritimo, Ibiza Town, Jesus (a wonderful local village), the golf course, tennis courts, and all the bars, clubs, shops and restaurants. This, at a good price, is impossible to beat.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have double beds, 2 have twins.
Bathrooms: Excellent bathrooms that have been renovated using luxury materials with fantastic showers! Travertino mosaic floors, polished stone walls and luxury fittings throughout.
Kitchen: Excellent open style kitchen also newly renovated - modern and incredibly stylish with all modcons - cooker, hob, 2 fridges w freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine and can be used for storing luggage.
Living Rooms: Dining area inside, another on the patio and another on the roof terrace for enjoying those barbecues! Lounge has a large plasma TV with DVD and stereo system. Sat TV tbc.
Other: 5th bedroom is on the Top Floor with private access to the Roof Terrace. It has lots of light and fantastic views to Formentera.

Notes on accommodation
Being in a light residential area noise levels must be kept to a reasonable levels, particularly after 12pm.

Outside
The roof terrace has a great bbq and seating area and, because of its great views, you will find yourself using it a lot. The house is in a small development and the pool is shared by approx 12 Townhouses, although we have found from past experience, being so close to a wonderful beach, few people use the pool, and even less so at the same time.

Coast/Beach
10seconds walking to the coast and beach!! Talamanca beach has gained much popularity over the last few years due to its huge expanse of lovely sand and beautiful crystal water. There are lots of bars, restaurants and beach stalls as well as a great wooden promenade spanning its entire length, ideal for jogging or those evening sunset walks.

Golf
Excellent golf course less than 10mins away.

Travel
10 mins by car from the Airport. 2 mins by car from the Ferry Port. 1 min walk to the Ports and Marinas.

Distances
Very short walk is the small water ferry that goes from the Marina and takes you to El Divino or into the heart of Ibiza Old Town and the large night market. The ferry runs until about 12.30am and is inexpensive.
The house is also within walking distance to Ibiza Town and takes about 10mins. It is a pleasant walk through the Marinas, Paseo Maritimo, and past the Port where you come straight into the middle of the old Town and Vara De Rey.

Further details
5 mins to Jesus. 7 mins to San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis, very pretty villages and hangs out of the rich and famous from all over the globe! 2 mins PACHA.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable 2 months before you arrive.
A 1000 euros breakages/security deposit is payable on arrival - which will be returned in full on departure subject to no damages to the Villa or its contents.
