The villa is on one level. It comprises of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge with satellite television. There are extensive terraces for relaxing and sunbathing. Also a built in barbeque area and a roof terrace with sea views. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of S'Algar and is 250 meters from the sea. Local shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within a short walking distance. A local bus runs a regular service to the small town of San Luis, and to Mahon the capital of the island. S'Algar is a twenty minute drive from the airport.

All towels, linen etc. are included, and are changed once each week. Our manager cleans and prepares the Villa prior to guests arrival |

Accessibility
The villa is a bungalow style, there are two steps to the terrace area.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by hedges, with various plants including hibiscus and Oliandi trees. The villa has a private swimming pool approx 9 meters long.
Golf
The Son Parc golf club is approximately 50 minutes drive away.
Travel
Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the island and numerous beaches.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a deposit of £150 is required, and the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to departure.
